{"id":3872,"date":"2013-12-31T19:29:01","date_gmt":"2014-01-01T02:29:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?page_id=3872"},"modified":"2013-12-31T19:29:01","modified_gmt":"2014-01-01T02:29:01","slug":"goals-for-2014","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?page_id=3872","title":{"rendered":"Goals for 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of these goals are from 2013, but I did add some personal development stuff below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Races<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Half Marathon Under 2 hours 15 mintes<\/li>\n<li>Seahawk 12k Under 1 hour 15 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bench My Weight<\/li>\n<li>Curl 50 lbs 10 times (per arm)<\/li>\n<li>Four Plus under 40 minutes<\/li>\n<li>1 lap under 9 minutes<\/li>\n<li>1 mile on treadmill under 8 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Body Stuff<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weight &lt; 245 (just being realistic)<\/li>\n<li>Loose 38 jeans (<del>stretch<\/del>\u00a0reach goal of 36) and fit where they don&#8217;t fall.<\/li>\n<li>Cholesterol Total Under 200 of which LDL is under 135<\/li>\n<li>When I lift my arms up, my belly doesn&#8217;t pop out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Others<\/strong>&#8216;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write a book<\/li>\n<li>Develop a decent Arduino product<\/li>\n<li>Take time out once a week to bring myself at peace.<\/li>\n<li>Organize my projects (office, server room, workbench area)<\/li>\n<li>Weigh in daily<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of these goals are from 2013, but I did add some personal development stuff below.
