So busy when it was time to work out I was worn out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first 10 minutes on the treadmill was brutal.  Although I did not increase the speed at any time during my treadmill run, I did up the incline.  It was something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So tired in the end.  But glad I got it done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think earlier sleep may be the key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also had some weird charges on our credit card, glad we are not liable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight: 317.2<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today was one of those days I was busy with work.
