It did not create the maclan properly, found out it was due to a bug in the version of podman that comes with the Rocky 8.4 DVD.  Updated it and it worked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Little things like that are slowing me down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also this is how I used the iso image on the usb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\"># Install Parameters\ntext\nreboot\nharddrive --dir=\/Rocky-8.4-x86_64-dvd1.iso --partition=LABEL=ROCKY8\nrepo --name=\"AppStream\" --baseurl=file:\/\/\/run\/install\/sources\/mount-0001-hdd-iso\/AppStream\n<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>This drove me nuts for days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So little things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight:  345.0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Had a frustrating problem with podman.
