{"id":11243,"date":"2021-12-15T22:10:12","date_gmt":"2021-12-16T05:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=11243"},"modified":"2022-01-01T08:31:41","modified_gmt":"2022-01-01T15:31:41","slug":"really-busy-day-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=11243","title":{"rendered":"Really Busy Day"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today was really packed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First had to drop off my wife to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then went to a doctor appointment (side note my BP is looking good 124\/73)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was supposed to get some tests done but went to a funeral mass instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Went home to attend some online meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then went back to get those tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Went home to pick up my wife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then went to work out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally got home and did some work online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BP is great and my BPM stayed low during my workout.
