Recall yesterday was a long day, well today started with a bank at about 3:30AM with a call to all IT staff to help deal with a problem at work.<\/p>\n
It was a long brutal morning.<\/p>\n
I was hoping to leave early and have lunch at home, but I ended up stay late still and had a late lunch. \u00a0I did pass out from exhaustion afterwards. \u00a0So no gym today.<\/p>\n
In the evening I did run, and surprise surprise, I ran a 4 plus during the weekday<\/p>\n
Time: 46:35<\/p>\n
Not too shabby. \u00a0That pace will have me beating last years time. \u00a0I did run it with what felt like a bloated stomach.<\/p>\n
Add to my run a 1 lap walk.<\/p>\n
