He set a tough goal of breaking 6 minutes in the mile and he did it and in the 800, a race I did not expect him to do well, he PR&#8217;d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is so motivating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fact After the meet, at 8PM where it is dark, I did an RTC just to clobber my fitbit requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think I will crack 340 in two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cedar River 2.5 miles @ 58:44.2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kind of bad for what I been clocking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight: 343.6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My youngest child ran his last track meet for the year (more than likely) but he did really well.
