Definitely not ready to try and walk 12000 steps.  I really needed the rest and recovery though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomorrow looking good, I think I can do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I figured out the issue with the 10G NIC and the non Intel GBIC.  Basically use CentOS 7 to redo the Firmware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyway, tired, still need to do my pushups and situps, I did get my stairs in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight: 312.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Been feeling better, but still barely can go up and down the stairs.
