{"id":12308,"date":"2023-02-06T23:05:55","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T06:05:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=12308"},"modified":"2023-02-06T23:05:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T06:05:55","slug":"power-outage-this-morning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=12308","title":{"rendered":"Power Outage This Morning"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Butterfly effect, power went out this morning and has a domino effect on the rest of my week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I went to bed at about 12:30 and did not fall asleep till 1AM but at 3AM the power went out, a lot of beeping happened and apparently my CPAP was plugged into the wrong port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woke up and ruined my sleep, I asked if I could sleep a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyway got some work done but had to work late and didn&#8217;t start my walk till 6, and went straight for 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I post, need 43 more steps which is nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started recording my food, and looks like I am eating more than I thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight: 329.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Butterfly effect, power went out this morning and has a domino effect on the rest of my week.
