Woke up today early, went to bed at 1AM and woke up at 6AM and stayed in bed for a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My son ran 13miles (a half marathon) around Lake Young today. Weather was great for running. Started about 8\/8:15 and was done about 10AM. He did his 1\/2 marathon un under 1:50 which really is impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After that we went home for a bit then headed to Renton River Days at about 11:30AM. Amazing he had energy to do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At 2:30 we got home and I slept another 4 hours to about 6:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Felt busy but basically just did RRD and a walk around Lake Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am pretty sure I was lighter but forgot what I weighed in at, pretty sure I am bloated from something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
