Feels early because we had an extra day on February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today after eating a late lunch I felt really weird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BP shot to 190\/80 (TBF I dont think it was on right)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I walked around a bit and felt better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The walking sure does help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I post I only have 1500 steps.
