Lot of deferred maintenance going on in the house (euphemism for repairs that should have been done).<\/p>\n
Its starting to look good, deck is painted in the front, we do want to put in railings so it is not done, but if it rains, we can always finish the railings in the garage.<\/p>\n
I fixed added screen to one of the windows, it is clear I need a better hacksaw, also was a good learning experience.<\/p>\n
No my attention is on the back deck. \u00a0I just making enough repairs that it will last another 2 or 3 seasons. \u00a0If we have enough funds, we’ll pull it next year and rebuild it.<\/p>\n
