It was wild, branches collected where they never did before, around out cars and in front of our door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a mess, had to clean some of it up before leaving for work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The storm did start about 2PM with some wind, I was at work, and headed home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was not done with my steps so I walked around RTC, maybe that was dangerous, but I finished around 5:30. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As scheduled around 7PM it started whipping, I am glad I had things ready, UPS, power station etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I joked with my coworker that the power station was a talisman to ward off power outages. We got flickering but nothing really went off for an extended time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I do think my UPS downstairs need new batteries, didn’t hold up at all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also I think we are not done, there is another wind storm headed here Friday Morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
