Hoping by Monday I will get my goals all set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last Finance Friday but want to do an actual last post at the end of year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was on treadmill today, 2.0 incline at 3MPH gets me to 140BPM for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I bring this up because one of the daily goals is to do a 30minute 140BPM (actually 130) workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 336.2<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting my end of year archives and stuff.
