What was unusual was that I got a lot of the later steps done at my sisters place.  Nice are, great for walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Body feeling better, not sure if it is changing yet but feeling better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Found out today that Rocky 9.6 is not out yet.  I tried  to patch some systems that was only ready for RHEL 9.6 so I was unable to patch.  Also 10 is out as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If I just hit under 340 before end of month, I would so my work is paying off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 347.8<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got my 10,000 steps today, felt good.
