I wanted some peace for myself after an emotion filled day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fought with a family member, or more so I got angry at them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I took a nice long walk, I was under 1000 steps so I needed some time and to decompress and be by myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was good for my mental health.  I did get my fitbit goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the tech front, got more stuff figured out, nagios w\/ LDAP authentication, XRDP in guacamole and the new power supplies for the Lenovo came in and it all fits.  Need to monitor heat though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally on the physical health front, I didn&#8217;t believe my eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 339.6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fasted long walk I can remember.
