Frustrating day on the fitness side, I am exactly at 340.0 as I post, all I have to do is change me shirt to something lighter and I will be under 340.0 I am going to hang in there for a bit though. Maybe in an hour I will lose natural weigh by breathing or bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
