I think the lab has been off the whole day.  But the lab is pretty well off, also today is a Friday got all day tomorrow and Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Got up early did the normal finance friday thing then took my wife to the the Doctor, and Costco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was 2PM when I got home, rested a bit then hit the gym for a great swim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just finished swim and about to head out for a night of fun.  Still need to shower, no time for lab stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight is incredible though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 336.6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not intentional, but I stayed out to the lab today.
