Work kind of pushed me till when I had to leave for a doctors appointment.  Not much time for a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The doctor did explain a lot about the meds I been taking and is recommending something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that went to harbor freight and got some containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then went to the gym all while trying to print some things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am tired at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 333.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was hoping today was going to be quiet, unfortunately it wasn&#8217;t.
