I ran at least a mile in Boracay today, was an interesting run.<\/p>\n
I did not have the route laid out but went by time. \u00a0Ran for about 18 minutes so I am pretty sure I went more then a mile.<\/p>\n
It was hot too, even though it was 7:30AM, I was sweating a lot.<\/p>\n
Had a hard time running, felt I could not get going, not sure if it was because of lack of training, unfamiliar route, staying up late, the drinking, pollution or even the crowded smaller street. \u00a0Also I was running with a backpack.<\/p>\n
Regardless, I should run more during this trip our else there will be hell to pay when I return to Seattle and continue my marathon training.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
