It is not unusual for me to be in my chair for 12 hours in a day.  So I looked at some high end chairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CantAffordThisChair-rotated.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CantAffordThisChair-rotated.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14954\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CantAffordThisChair-rotated.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CantAffordThisChair-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The chair which looks like a gaming chair is over 4k.  But I admit it is comfortable.  Can&#8217;t do it.  Too expensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Got a lot of things done today, prior to looking at the chair I continued with fixing failing drives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the chair, went to try woods coffee for the first time, one of the better coffees I have tried.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then went to Costco again cause one of my son&#8217;s needed to restock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After Costco went to get Mexican Fried Ice Cream for my other sone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then went to Lowes to get a new leaf blower for my wife.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally got home at about 5:30PM and I tried to get my new JBOD going, but the inserts I got was too small.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I pivoted and got most of my physical drives monitored on my network.  Noticed more heat.  Heat is the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haven&#8217;t mentioned it but the days I did not swim I did not do 10k steps.
