{"id":1504,"date":"2011-09-30T19:51:31","date_gmt":"2011-10-01T02:51:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=1504"},"modified":"2011-09-30T19:51:31","modified_gmt":"2011-10-01T02:51:31","slug":"moving-on","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=1504","title":{"rendered":"Moving On"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OK, now that my Philippines and Vegas trip as well as most of my races are behind me, I can focus on a normal schedule.<\/p>\n<p>I do have that 1\/2 marathon in late November to deal with, but I am pretty sure I can do it even at this level of training (I feel kind of behind)<\/p>\n<p>A lot of the goals I posted for 2011 is still doable. \u00a0Even cracking the 230 lb mark.<\/p>\n<p>I just have to get disciplined and consistent. \u00a0In order to make my goal I need to start burning 1000 calories a day over my consumption.<\/p>\n<p>That is pretty aggressive. \u00a0But I hope that by the time training for the Rock and Roll 1\/2 marathon starts I will be at 225.<\/p>\n<p>One thing about this trip to the Philippines it instilled some focus in me.<\/p>\n<p>Another thing I need to do is to fall into some sort of normal sleep cycle. \u00a0I am tempted to stay up tonight, but I really should go to bed before 1AM. \u00a0Maybe as a rule, I will sleep before 1AM on weekends and 12AM on weekdays.<\/p>\n<p>My medication and vitamins need to be taken regularly. \u00a0They stave off gout and other problems.<\/p>\n<p>I do have a cold right now, and I will be fighting it. \u00a0But sleep, hydration, and good nutrition should make up for an active lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>If I can bring my weight down to 245 for the 1\/2 marathon in November, and 225 at the start of training for the Rock and Roll 1\/2 marathon, I think I will do well.<\/p>\n<p>Another goal is to be able to fit a size 36 pants. \u00a0I should go out and buy one tomorrow, and make it a goal to fit it.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 264.0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK, now that my Philippines and Vegas trip as well as most of my races are behind me, I can focus on a normal schedule.
