Had my first official day for 2026 today, felt like a grind really sluggish. I thought as the day wore on I would gain momentum. Not so, my head was still in vacation mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I kickstarted it with a bit of authoring some ansible playbooks just to get started. I had a meeting with my manager and have a big January to start off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also converted one of my machines from R8 to R9, I then realized that it was a physical box because it was a time server. Time does drift in a VM, maybe technology is better, but can’t take the chance. Luckily, there are other boxes that can do the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Forgot to mention, for this month, I am going to do a minimum of a 1 mile outdoor walk every day. This is on top of any swim or gym workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
