Woke up late, missed working out.<\/p>\n

Got to work late, started my workout late.<\/p>\n

Had to cut it short to attend my neighbors football game.<\/p>\n

They lost 19 to 21 BUT it was a great great game where apparently they were supposed to be crushed.<\/p>\n

Had a good gym workout though. \u00a0Albiet short.<\/p>\n
