Woke up late, but did my normal Friday stuff, then ran some errands with the wife.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But at 3 or 4PM we started cleaning the cars, was not done till 6PM and I had to jet over to the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did a decent workout on the treadmill, got my BPM to 155.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then afterwards I went and got my steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am so tired right now, got a shower and dinner, can go to bed early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weight: 313.4<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been a while since I worked out this hard, but I am so tired right now.
