I ran Lake Washington today which is a 7 mile run. \u00a0It was long and I did not stop but my time was a little disappointing.<\/p>\n
Time: 1:24:28<\/p>\n
Meteorology\u00a0– Weather was crap, I could not see the I90 bridge when I started my run, even about a 3rd of the way through it was still not visible through the rain.<\/p>\n
Physics – I am just plain heavier, I got thicker jacket, I was sweating, I was drenched with rain.<\/p>\n
Physiology – My body is just not as in shape as it was.<\/p>\n
Psychology – No music, made it a much tougher run.<\/p>\n
Still happy I did not stop except at the halfway point where I did a 180.<\/p>\n
Official weight looks promising.<\/p>\n
