Today was a busy day, I did not get to work out because of a photo shoot I did.<\/p>\n
Basically I watched some of my team mates from the Rock and Roll marathon do the Gladiator Run. \u00a0I opted out of the Gladiator Run though to prevent injury before the 1\/2 marathon in late November.<\/p>\n
The run seemed more organized and there were more things than Warrior Dash that I ran during the summer. \u00a0But part of it was that there were less people.<\/p>\n
It was cold though, making it a tougher run, but it did not seem as messy as Warrior Dash.<\/p>\n
Anyway, just did pushups and situps today. \u00a0I had some good workouts this week but that is not the reason. \u00a0I just got home really late.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
