More pics tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Got a decent workout done today.  I didn&#8217;t lose a lot, I started with my normal 3 minute warmup, then pushed to 3.8 then at the 10 minute mark I pushed to 3.9 and pushed it up again at the 20 minute mark to 4.0 for the remainder of the 30 minute run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think it also helped that I had a 4 hour nap even though I had only 5 hours of sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weight: 306.6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I set up a simple testing rig to test the Christmas star I am planning to build.
