Happy Easter all<\/p>\n
Made it through another lent season, \u00a0I did not snack late at night nor did I do ambien (or any other sleep aid)<\/p>\n
Did not go to church this Easter, was in Canada making my way back to the US, when I got back it was about 4:30 nearly 5, and my oldest son and I went to cut our hair. \u00a0Felt good, lighter even.<\/p>\n
After that went running, got done a little past 8, I like these late evening runs this time of year, twilight lets me think.<\/p>\n
I did a 2 lap, and 1 lap walk, not bad for a day where I am supposed to rest, really busy.<\/p>\n
Time: 25:20.01<\/p>\n
Felt weighed down, hopefully tomorrow’s run will be better, now is the time I kick it up a notch.<\/p>\n
