Been really busy, mentally and physically, I know I took yesterday off but really I need another.<\/p>\n

I can tell because I am so sleepy and weak.<\/p>\n

This is good though, a step back is ok after you have taken 10 steps forward.\u00a0 You are still progressing.<\/p>\n
