{"id":2105,"date":"2012-05-02T21:47:03","date_gmt":"2012-05-03T04:47:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2105"},"modified":"2012-06-22T19:04:26","modified_gmt":"2012-06-23T02:04:26","slug":"surprising-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2105","title":{"rendered":"Surprising Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So because of Sunday&#8217;s Trip, Monday&#8217;s Outage, and Yesterday&#8217;s&#8230; oh yeah I did workout yesterday,<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I have to double up on my workouts.<\/p>\n<p>So yesterday I did 3 miles (treadmill), this morning 2 miles, and this evening a four plus, so I am not even at 10 miles for the week, tomorrow I am thinking of doing 2 in the gym and 2 on the road, or maybe just 2, then a 2 Friday and a 7 mile Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>That should bring me to my weekly 20 mile. \u00a0But dang I had a good 4 plus today, surprising because it was my second workout of the day, but also because I had some juice left at the end. \u00a0It wasn&#8217;t a flat out kill yourself run, so if I did, I would have broken this years record.<\/p>\n<p>Time: 49:08<\/p>\n<p>I need to get in shape because on the 19th we are planning a wicked 11 mile run. \u00a0I need to hit it then. \u00a0That will be a huge gauge if I am on schedule. \u00a0If I am able to finish it in under 2.5 hours, I will be HAPPY.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the route which is over 11 miles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gmap-pedometer.com\/?r=5440008\">http:\/\/www.gmap-pedometer.com\/?r=5440008<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Should be really really interesting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So because of Sunday&#8217;s Trip, Monday&#8217;s Outage, and Yesterday&#8217;s&#8230; oh yeah I did workout yesterday, Anyway, I have to double up on my workouts.
