So here is an interesting observation, I have this motherboard which only will take 4GB of RAM, it simply fails when doing 8GB.<\/p>\n

After weeks of troubleshooting, after changing out a bunch of things, I finally figured out it is bad capacitors.<\/p>\n

Pretty dramatic evidence at what happened.<\/p>\n

Is it worth fixing? \u00a0Probably not, but if I am doing it from an intellectual pursuit, then maybe. \u00a0I am going to do some research, if this is gonna cost more than $20 in parts and shipping, I will pass. \u00a0Note that it does work with 4GB of RAM.<\/p>\n

As for my workout, met with the personal trainer today, she gave me something that may support my belly. \u00a0I’ll try it out tomorrow. \u00a0If I feel significant pain after 2 miles I will cut it short to a 7 mile run, if it helps, I will do 10.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
