{"id":2201,"date":"2012-06-02T12:39:16","date_gmt":"2012-06-02T19:39:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2201"},"modified":"2012-06-02T12:44:54","modified_gmt":"2012-06-02T19:44:54","slug":"hell-week-is-over","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2201","title":{"rendered":"Hell Week Is Over"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today is where I rename my hell run to the confidence run. \u00a0It is supposed to a hard run which is why I call it a hell run, and it is at the end of a week with a lot of running. \u00a0The most running I will do during the year.<\/p>\n<p>I ran three 4+ runs and a 1 lap. \u00a0The total distance is 14 miles.<\/p>\n<p>Time: 2:57:07<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2202\" style=\"width: 411px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Time14mile.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2202\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2202\" title=\"Time14mile\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Time14mile.jpg\" alt=\"Time14mile\" width=\"401\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Time14mile.jpg 401w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Time14mile-300x251.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2202\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">14 miles in 2:57:07<\/p><\/div>\n<p>which beat my official <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=1670\" target=\"_blank\">Seattle Half Marathon time last November<\/a> of 2:58:57 and was farther too. \u00a0So I have\u00a0definitely\u00a0improved.<\/p>\n<p>The first four plus I completed at 55:18, the second at 1:48:34, the third at 2:42:32 of course my final time was 2:57:07<\/p>\n<p>I also run with the gear I anticipate to run during the actual half marathon. \u00a0My held up well, I did not feel pain in my shoes, iphone did not drain, my music list was long enough.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2203\" style=\"width: 458px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/MyGear.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2203\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2203\" title=\"MyGearRnR2012\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/MyGear.jpg\" alt=\"MyGearRnR2012\" width=\"448\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/MyGear.jpg 448w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/MyGear-300x189.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2203\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">My Gear for RnR2012<\/p><\/div>\n<p>It did rain on me and I had to take an early bathroom break, and there were of course cars and stop lights I had to respect, so my time could have been better.<\/p>\n<p>Still it did what it supposed to do, instill confidence in me that I can finish this thing in a decent time.<\/p>\n<p>I did do a victory walk around RTC, which added another 1.1 miles, and boy it was a slow walk, took me 1\/2 an hour, but I wanted to cool down. \u00a0So if you are keeping track I actually traveled 15.1 miles.<\/p>\n<p>It is nearly an hour since I got home from this run, I am showered up and have started to rest. \u00a0Interestingly enough, the abdominal pain I was worried about did not really affect me, but I sure do feel it now when I am relaxed.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2204\" style=\"width: 458px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/AfterRunReward.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2204\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2204\" title=\"AfterRunReward\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/AfterRunReward.jpg\" alt=\"AfterRunReward\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/AfterRunReward.jpg 448w, https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/AfterRunReward-300x224.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-2204\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">After Run Reward<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Drinking coconut juice and cellmass as a reward and as recovery drinks.<\/p>\n<p>I am really dehydrated, lost quite a bit of weight.<\/p>\n<p>Before the run 265.4lbs<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 258.8<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today is where I rename my hell run to the confidence run. \u00a0It is supposed to a hard run which is why I call it a hell run, and it is at the end of a week with a lot &hellip;
