Yesterday I started my my four plus run at about 7PM<\/p>\n
Today I completed a morning four plus at about 6:38AM with a<\/p>\n
Time: 57:07<\/p>\n
Under really horrible conditions, was wet, still little dark, and that was another four plus within 12 hours<\/p>\n
Then at 4:30 today I hit the gym for another 3 miles on the treadmill. \u00a0I was done before 5:30Pm so in less than 24 hours I ran 11 miles.<\/p>\n
I weighed myself before the four plus this morning and was 262.2<\/p>\n
My body was still pretty wet when I weighed in but I did change into dry clothes<\/p>\n
