Did a 1 mile warmup before my 11AM personal trainer workout and the PT and my workout partner said I look burned out.<\/p>\n
Weird thing is I been so overworked lately, I don’t know I am overworked.<\/p>\n
I told her what I ate the past 24 hours and she said it was way too little for someone who runs as much as I did.<\/p>\n
Even after that, I found very little time to eat.\u00a0 I did take some time to eat later this afternoon and had something more significant this evening.<\/p>\n
I did have to add another mile so I have 13 miles racked up so far this week.\u00a0 That way my Lake Wa run will put me at 20 miles.<\/p>\n
Was a fun run though, I raced my wife and kids, they said they could make it to the store and back before I finished my 1 mile run.\u00a0 It was pretty easy to make it home before them even if I was so exhausted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
