{"id":2520,"date":"2012-09-06T22:39:13","date_gmt":"2012-09-07T05:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2520"},"modified":"2012-09-06T22:39:13","modified_gmt":"2012-09-07T05:39:13","slug":"rude-awakening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2520","title":{"rendered":"Rude Awakening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning I jumped on the scale and got a shock, I was over 276 lbs. \u00a0It is unofficial but was still way higher then I expected.<\/p>\n<p>Sad thing is I feel that this is my weight and there is no error.<\/p>\n<p>I feel like I am getting active again though, so that is a little good news. \u00a0Tuesday I had a yoga workout, yesterday I went back on the treadmill, back to yoga today, and tomorrow I got the personal trainer.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s yoga was interesting because I did it with less in my\u00a0stomach and it did help. \u00a0I did not have to rest. \u00a0Unfortunately I forgot my towel today and had to rent one. \u00a0The seemed ok with me not having money to pay for it, and were nice about pushing it till next week. \u00a0But after yoga I got some money and paid for the towel rental.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of next week, it is my last yoga session. \u00a0I will miss that studio, it was great.<\/p>\n<p>Although I the AM weigh in was unofficial, I would say the PM one after yoga is, and it wasn&#8217;t good news.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 276.0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning I jumped on the scale and got a shock, I was over 276 lbs. \u00a0It is unofficial but was still way higher then I expected.
