{"id":2557,"date":"2012-09-18T20:12:22","date_gmt":"2012-09-19T03:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2557"},"modified":"2012-09-18T20:12:22","modified_gmt":"2012-09-19T03:12:22","slug":"thank-you-no-xplode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2557","title":{"rendered":"Thank You No Xplode"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wow, talk about a burst of energy, this week is evaluation week, to see where I am at with my training.<\/p>\n<p>Seems like I am well ahead of where I thought I was in benching, not so much in cardio.<\/p>\n<p>I hit the elliptical first and was able to burn a measly 265 calories. \u00a0The intent was to go to the treadmill and try to squeeze out another 240 calories to bring my burn count to 500 calories.<\/p>\n<p>That didn&#8217;t happen because I started to cramp. \u00a0My legs would not go. \u00a0I guess I am not in good shape.<\/p>\n<p>So I decided to go\u00a0anaerobic\u00a0and hit the bench.<\/p>\n<p>I did a 45lb plate on each site with no problem, I knew that would be OK, but I think the No Xplode kicked in, and suddenly I wanted to bench more, I pushed it to two plates, that&#8217;s 225lbs, just 1 rep, but I felt good about it.<\/p>\n<p>Next week is the actual start of training, where I weigh in every morning. \u00a0I give myself 10 weeks, that brings me to Dec 1, to lose 20lbs. \u00a0In the way is Halloween and Thanksgiving. \u00a0We&#8217;ll see how it goes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow, talk about a burst of energy, this week is evaluation week, to see where I am at with my training.
