In my entire 20+ year career in IT, this is the first time I have been to a conference where I had to fly on a plane and stay in a hotel.<\/p>\n
I been to Linuxfest but that was on my own time and it was free.<\/p>\n
This conference cost money and also had to pay for a hotel and plane.\u00a0 Well at least the company I work for did.<\/p>\n
Very interesting experience. like our local VMUG but bigger and better swag.<\/p>\n
The talks were interesting, and the technical stuff was good, but I was disappointed a the final talk, the subject matter was interesting but the speaker was a complete bore.<\/p>\n
I did get a quick workout in via pushups and situps, maybe tomorrow I can hit that fitness gym for 1\/2 an hour<\/p>\n
