After the Rock and Roll marathon this year, I feel like I simply went downhill.<\/p>\n
My end of year weigh in was horrible. \u00a0It is after dinner and drinking, but there will be more of that later.<\/p>\n
The posted time should say 10:30PM but it will be about 9:30PM, couple more hours to eat and go crazy.<\/p>\n
But I think things will be OK, the new treadmill coming in I think will return some time for me during the day.<\/p>\n
Just going to do some pushups and situps today, Happy New Year.<\/p>\n
Like last year, note this weight, remember it well, it must go down.<\/p>\n
