{"id":2882,"date":"2013-01-02T23:26:49","date_gmt":"2013-01-03T06:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2882"},"modified":"2013-01-02T23:26:49","modified_gmt":"2013-01-03T06:26:49","slug":"returning-good-habits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2882","title":{"rendered":"Returning Good Habits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I did some reflection today, I think one of the big things I need to do is go back to some of the good habits I engaged in when I was successful at getting fit.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the initial list<\/p>\n<ul id=\"internal-source-marker_0.2783285150186405\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">No midnight snacking<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Take a daily multivitamin<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">1 gal of water a day<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">At least 1 mile run a day<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Don\u2019t eat till you are full<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Go to bed before 12<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Eat Breakfast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I think I just forgot to do these things, there are more, I think I will do a regular page on this.\u00a0 Kind of important for long term success.<\/p>\n<p>I did hit the gym today and not want to push it on the treadmill.\u00a0 I think that I need to get my weight down through nutrition rather than brute force.<\/p>\n<p>Also did chest and tri&#8217;s before running out of time.\u00a0 My left shoulder feels tweaked, was like that for a week now.\u00a0 Not as sore but still something in there.\u00a0 Maybe I should not push the shoulders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I did some reflection today, I think one of the big things I need to do is go back to some of the good habits I engaged in when I was successful at getting fit.
