{"id":2914,"date":"2013-01-12T22:06:58","date_gmt":"2013-01-13T05:06:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2914"},"modified":"2013-01-12T22:06:58","modified_gmt":"2013-01-13T05:06:58","slug":"long-run-on-the-treadmill","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=2914","title":{"rendered":"Long Run On The Treadmill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I pushed it pretty good on the treadmill today, \u00a0this is my second long run Saturday of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Ran on the treadmill for an hour, \u00a0I tried to go fast, but my legs just not there yet. \u00a0I ran 3.7 miles and burned 643 calories.<\/p>\n<p>Treadmill is earning its keep.<\/p>\n<p>Legs are weak though, want to rest. \u00a0Deserve it too.<\/p>\n<p>I got my new PTZ camera today, also got my VGA to HDMI converter, it doesn&#8217;t really do the trick. \u00a0I gonna save up and buy the thing I need.<\/p>\n<p>Time for a new scale, I recall when I posted when I got the scale I normally use way back in June of 2009. \u00a0Anyway, weight below is from out old analog scale.<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 285.0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I pushed it pretty good on the treadmill today, \u00a0this is my second long run Saturday of the year.
