This morning I was supposed to get up early and catch the bus.<\/p>\n
Although I did get out early, I saw the bus pass by as I was headed towards the bus, about 30 seconds late.<\/p>\n
I knew I wasn’t going to catch that bus but I thought I could catch the second bus I had to get to which was a mile away.<\/p>\n
I tried… but at a little over a mile away it was tough running in full work clothes and a pack to get there in under 23 minutes. \u00a0At least a I got in a good run in the morning.<\/p>\n
I still made it in to work early though, and I didn’t have to add much cardio to my afternoon workout.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
