{"id":3522,"date":"2013-08-21T21:10:53","date_gmt":"2013-08-22T04:10:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=3522"},"modified":"2013-08-21T21:16:45","modified_gmt":"2013-08-22T04:16:45","slug":"seven-days-of-two-a-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=3522","title":{"rendered":"Seven Days of Two-A-Days"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning I was so hungry, my stomach hurt. \u00a0A few crackers and a granola bar helped, but I need to keep an eye on these hunger pangs.<\/p>\n<p>I made one of my waypoints today, which was to run RTC in 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Time: 14:14.74<\/p>\n<p>Wow, it was a struggle, but I did it. \u00a0Tomorrow I am going to attempt to run 1 mile in 12 minutes on the treadmill, if successful, that should take care of the Waypoint 1 speed goals.<\/p>\n<p>I am also going to attempt the Strength portion tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>The next one is the weight goal, I may be able to meet it in 7 days, I will try by doing two a day workouts, 500 calories in the morning and 500 in the evening.<\/p>\n<p>I should knock out that easily tomorrow. \u00a0If I can lose a lb every 2 days, I will have met my goal.<\/p>\n<p>Cause today my weight is<\/p>\n<p>Weight: 282.8<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This morning I was so hungry, my stomach hurt. \u00a0A few crackers and a granola bar helped, but I need to keep an eye on these hunger pangs.
