What a great workout, hit the gym again but starting easy.\u00a0 What made this workout awesome was that I started late.\u00a0 So I had the gym all to myself, so I could blast the music.<\/p>\n
Still, I could not push as much for safety reasons, if I got hurt or stuck I would be in trouble.<\/p>\n
Couple things happened today.<\/p>\n
