One of the servers I manage is a Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.\u00a0 Most of you who know me know that I am primarily a Linux guys (hence a LAMP stack for my blog).\u00a0 But I manage myself a mean Windows Server.\u00a0 So I guess I am unique in that I am not allergic to Microsoft (or Commercial) products.<\/p>\n
Anyway, I have been able to back up and restore this SBS 2003 server in the past.\u00a0 Simply put, it is a VM and all I have to do is back up the files.<\/p>\n
But lately I been wondering if this was a physical box, how would I back it up.\u00a0 So far I have discovered that my back up procedures are wrong.<\/p>\n
So this time I will do a full back up of the C: drive and see if I can restore it.<\/p>\n
