Try 80 to do the best you can for 20% do things that are not necessarily in your health plan.<\/p>\n<p>Spice up your food choices.<\/p>\n<p>Savor your food.\u00a0 Slow down wheating hhe your food.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor your progress.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrate your achievements with non food rewards.<\/p>\n<p>Learn from your mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>Take your time. Brain takes 20 minutes to register fullness.<\/p>\n<p>Move your body.<\/p>\n<p>Look elsewhere for comfort.<\/p>\n<p>Talk to coworkers.<\/p>\n<p>Deep breaths stretching.<\/p>\n<p>Drink plenty of water.<\/p>\n<p>Stay active.<\/p>\n<p>Distract yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it is not enough to do yourself. .. try nutritionist doctor psychologist group support program.<\/p>\n<p>Weight watcher<br \/>\nMetadata<br \/>\nRetrofit<\/p>\n<p>Stressed.
