Another setback in my workout, but today the excuse is real.<\/p>\n
I noticed the today one of my camera’s non functional.<\/p>\n
Upon deeper inspection I realized two of my camera’s were vandalized last week Friday at about 5:10PM.<\/p>\n
I was already home from vmworld by then.<\/p>\n
Anyway, I spent most of the evening tracing what happened. \u00a0Got some stills, not posting here, since I did call 911 and will be handing the photo’s and videos to them.<\/p>\n
So by the time I was done, there seemed to be a steady rain, and too dark to run anyway. My son talked me out of running in the rain, in the dark.<\/p>\n
Also someone is sleeping in the room with the treadmill.<\/p>\n
So calling it a night, legit reason not to run.<\/p>\n
Just doing pushups and situps.<\/p>\n
