{"id":4815,"date":"2015-01-05T22:44:34","date_gmt":"2015-01-06T05:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=4815"},"modified":"2015-01-05T22:44:34","modified_gmt":"2015-01-06T05:44:34","slug":"day-5-still-running","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apolonio.com\/blog\/?p=4815","title":{"rendered":"Day 5 Still Running"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Albeit my legs are sore.<\/p>\n<p>I was on the treadmill again and I just can&#8217;t seem to get my legs, I pushed but just can&#8217;t maintain 4MPH and I need to get to that magical 6MPH.<\/p>\n<p>That is a long ways to go.<\/p>\n<p>Here is my thought process,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the first few weeks, just run, get at least a mile in, don&#8217;t worry about time, get the legs working.<\/li>\n<li>Whenever the Seahawks are done with their Season, start watching what I eat, work on the other side of the equation.<\/li>\n<li>Hopefully I can get a 5k done in an hour by the end of February.<\/li>\n<li>Cause in March I start timed runs, starting with a 4plus on Saturdays.<\/li>\n<li>April I should be doing lake washington<\/li>\n<li>Late May, I should be able to do 14 miles in 4 hours minimum (3 hour goal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As for weight,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By end of January under 300<\/li>\n<li>By end of February under 290<\/li>\n<li>By end of March under 275<\/li>\n<li>By end of April under 260<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ideally I would like my running weight to be under 250.<\/p>\n<p>Lets see how this all works out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Albeit my legs are sore.
