Tried to run outside today and just cant.<\/p>\n

  1. It is wet, I think the nice weather has left us.<\/li>\n
  2. Busy<\/li>\n
  3. Out of Shape<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What a vicous cycle, can’t work out cause too busy causing me to be unmotivated causing me to not work out.<\/p>\n
