Made a lot of progress today on my Internet of Things Christmas ornament. \u00a0I started on the code for the Arduino Uno, but electronically, I am done. \u00a0 The two 16×2 LCDs, 20×4 LCD, time, ESP8266, and LM1678 are all connected.<\/p>\n
I may build a longer cable and I still need to get the plastic front plate so they can hang.<\/p>\n
I can begin to code now. \u00a0One thing I may need is more current, the LCD seem dim.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow I think I will build the front plates so I will be 100% done with hardware.<\/p>\n
I may add an IR sensor as well. \u00a0I think a way to control the unit is needed.<\/p>\n
I also made progress on the software, I got it reading time and displaying n the LM1678.<\/p>\n
Just doing pushups and situps.<\/p>\n
