So I ran a four plus today, I thought I started at a good pace, and luck was on my side as I was able to run continuously without stopping for a light or cars.<\/p>\n

I knew I was running fast and I was expecting to crack my record which I thought was 43:17. I was so disappointed when I got in though, my time…<\/p>\n

Four Plus: 43:38<\/p>\n

But I just got back and looked my record up… it was actually 45:07, which stood there since before my gout attack. Way back in November 9, 2009.<\/p>\n

I beat my time by nearly a minute and a 1\/2.\u00a0 Now that is rocking.<\/p>\n
